Instructions
Infuser Method: Place 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf sweet basil into a tea infuser. Steep in hot water for 5–7 minutes, then sip slowly.
Stovetop Method: Boil 1 tablespoon of sweet basil leaves in water for 15–20 minutes, let it cool slightly, then strain. Sweeten lightly with honey or enjoy plain.
