Instructions:
Put 1–2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea in a tea infuser. Add to hot water in a mug and steep for 10–15 minutes, or boil on the stove for 15 minutes, then pour into a mug. Sweeten lightly with honey, agave, or lemon juice, or drink it plain to receive all the natural benefits.
