Inspired by Aaliyah's Lyrics:
"Let me know, But at your best, you are love
You're a positive motivating force within my life
Should you ever feel the need to wonder why…"
Ingredients:
1 tbsp hibiscus petals (But at your best you are love)
1 tsp lavender flowers (to embody calmness and clarity, helping you find your best to be free from anxiety)
1 tsp lemon balm (for a touch of positivity, uplifting the spirit)
1 tsp chamomile flowers (for soothing comfort and reflection)
1 slice of fresh ginger (to add warmth and a motivating kick)
1 tsp honey or cane sugar (optional, for a touch of natural sweetness)
Instructions:
Boil Water: Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
Steep the Herbs: Place the hibiscus petals, lavender, lemon balm, chamomile, and ginger slice into a teapot or a heatproof container.
Pour & Steep: Pour the hot water over the herbs, allowing them to steep for 5-7 minutes. Cover the teapot to keep the essence of the herbs intact.
Strain & Sweeten: Strain the tea into your favorite mug. If you prefer a sweeter taste, stir in honey or cane sugar.
Serve & Reflect: Sip your tea slowly, letting the warmth and flavors remind you of the positive force that love and motivation bring into your life. Reflect on Aaliyah’s lyrics, finding your best self in each moment of love.
